Design, Master Planning, Consulting & Construction

Design

To start your project we first have to understand your needs. We then can begin your project’s theme and story development. Every great project tells a story and the first step is often to craft your project’s narrative. Every element of your project’s design, down to the smallest detail needs to relate back to this story.

From here we will begin concept design for your project's architecture, features, landscaping, signage, branding, and even mascots. This visual development can consist of artist conceptions, sketches, full colour illustrations, and study models.

We will pay particular attention in order to ensure that:

your entrances generate a sense of arrival
your iconic centrepieces demand to be photographed
your signage is particularly memorable

Master Planning

We are experts in building small to medium sized projects. We know that land is valuable and we strive to create master plans that maximizes land use without feeling overcrowded.

We believe that as guests enter your facility they should know that they have entered a special place. Similarly, waiting should be an entertaining experience rather than a chore. We plan for crowd management and traffic flow while anticipating future expansion.

Consulting

We have decades of experience building what we design. Benefit from our proven capability of building to a world-class visual standard. Don't just make your project beautiful - make it work.

We welcome collaboration and will work closely with your existing team. If needed, we can also assemble a team of specialists for your project.

We provide guidance in developing master timelines and preparing site logistics. Our projects are not ordinary, as a result, we are often called on to provide “concept engineering.” If your engineer needs assistance designing an unusual structure we have the experience to help with the process. We also offer guidance for architects in the form of detailed drawings and construction models. In concert with your landscaper, we will ensure the flora tell the same story as the theming.
