Dan Sawatzky

 

Dan Sawatzky is best described as a creative force in the sign industry. He is a visual storyteller extraordinaire. His art career spans more than forty years of magic.  Dan and his crew host Sign Magic Workshops in their studio a number of times each year with attendees coming from around the world.

COLLECTIONS OF EXPERIENCE TO BE PUBLISHED SOON

I've written feature articles for the trade magazines for years, chronicling our projects and how we designed and fabricated them. We've hosted my Sign Magic Workshops for the last five years as well as many teaching seminars. Through it all I've carefully documented most of our projects with thousands of pictures and books of notes. It has been my long held dream to write a series of books to share the knowledge and experience that I've gained through my forty plus years in the creative sign business. The time has come at last.

Modern technology now allows ebooks to be published at low cost. These books will be in PDF form, fully illustrated with color pictures and drawings on every page showing our unique way of designing and creating signs. They will be available for instant download and will be able to be viewed on any computer or ebook reader (color preferably).

BEING A GRAMPA IS THE MOST WONDERFUL THING!

The first book will be a personal one. It tells of my special relationship with my grand daughter Phoebe and our countless hours and adventures together in her first five years. It's still being proofed and the ecommerce setup on this website is being put together. But it is coming soon! Watch for it's release...
