In many ways our house looks pretty ordinary in many places as the drywall goes on. The wall expanses are very plain for the most part. The fancy will come as we add wainscoting, tile and trims to most areas of the house. That is what will take the house over the top but still keep it practical and easy to maintain and live in.

Today the boarders started on on four rooms, making good progress. They start with the ceiling and then work theeir way down the wlls. First up was the ensuite bathroom. In a short while the room looked expansive and room. the plain board seemed to make the room grow.

The master bedroom got the ceiling but then the hanging crew moved on to another room in order to burn through the material stacked along one wall. The walk in closet was the next room to get boarded. It looks great with lots of room in the closet for hanging all our clothes. The laundry room was next on the list.

Upstairs the ladies finished painting the living room ceiling. It is looking fabulous!

Phoebe's 'secret' room also is looking very blue - Phobe's favorite color.

As the plain work is getting done we are busy in the shop doing samples of the fancy. Stay tuned...
