Today the roofers started in on the underlay for the shingles. Pretty soon there will be no more chance of water coming into the house when it rains. That will be a good thing!

With the roof being installed it was time to have the permanent electrical panels to be installed. With the panels there were some permanent plugs as well. Long extension cords and too few piugs will at last be history for the construction crews.

Some of the carpenters continued work on the soffits which are looking pretty spectacular. I'll post some pictures tomorrow. Our crew continues to apply the diamond lath to the exterior walls and are making great progress.
