It is always exciting to begin planning a brand new project. Before we can get down to business we first have to have a clear picture of the property and lay of the land. This meant it was time to do some measuring and transit work to determine grades. I spent a busy afternoon up at Cache Creek tromping over what seemed like many miles and many acres at Horsting’s Farm. I sprayed lots of marks on the ground and took copious notes and photos. Now it is time to get serious at the design table. What’s coming? That will be revealed in good time…
