We had an extremely productive week in the shop with a few new projects started and great progress on the ones in fabrication. The mid-section of the robot is now largely sculpted with only the upper arms left to sculpt. Next week we will begin the paint and that is going to be a whole lot of fun as we will be aging this piece down a whole lot! The steel staircase is substantially complete with only the railings left to fabricate. They should go fairly quickly as we will tack them up in place on the staircase and then move them to the bench to fully weld.
