I managed to squeeze a few hours of welding on the fish today. One side of the submarine armature is now formed with the pencil rod and is pretty much ready for the mesh to be tied into place. The lifting lugs are mounted to the top to hook the lifting chains into place. I’ll be doing my best to do a little more before the sub and everything else is removed from the shop to accommodate the big clean and organize in anticipation of the workshop that begins on Monday morning.
