We managed to finish the sculpting on the new wishing well for the Storybook Land at Vala’s Pumpkin Patch in Nebraska. Since the roof was sculpted last week it will be ready for the first coat of paint tomorrow. Our ambitious goal is to be ready for shipping by the week after next. Stay tuned…
Bubbles ready to travel
The Bubble’s Barn sign is finished and awaiting shipment to Stocker’s Farms in Washington. The colours glow out in the sunshine and will be a centrepiece out on the farm. We fabricated the sign on a faux roof that replicates the same slopes of the small barn on which it will be placed.
A new wish
We are working hard, fabricating a new wishing well for the Storybook Land at Vala’s Pumpkin Patch in Nebraska. Our goal is to have it in place before they officially begin their 2024 fall season. The welded steel structure and pencil rod armature are now complete. The roof is fully sculpted with the lower portions to be sculpted this coming week. This version is a little smaller in diameter to suit the available space more appropriately and sports a purposely sloped bottom plate to accommodate the sloping pathway where it will be situated.
