We now have the little car and pumps first coated with epoxy. Everything looks great so far. Next week we’ll be starting in on the final coat, with all the details sculpted in. The signs have been all carved and are ready to glue up and mount. I’m happy to report that it drives like a dream too. :)

The eye bolts on top of the windshield and seat back at to fasten it down securely in transport and to lift it into place on site. They will be turned out on delivery and the holes filled in and painted. The building will be literally built over the pumps after they are in place. While by conventional standards it may be somewhat backwards, in our style of construction the themed portions of the project are often built first.
