It was ironic that in my previous post I talked of how we were seeking to embrace modern technology in our shop. Sadly, that does not mean I fully understand it or that things don’t go horribly wrong when I use it. Not even close.

We had been reformatting our computers and reloading them - a necessary task from time to time to make things run smoother and faster. I of course carefully backed everything up - or so I thought. But when I posted the last entry, somehow two months of journal entries instantly disappeared. Like I often tell Janis - if I knew where they went I would simply get them back... but they are simply gone.

In the next weeks I’ll see what I can remember... and post it again.

In the meantime here’s a project I have been chronicling step by step. Like all of our projects it started with a drawing. I’ll be reposting the various stages it goes through on the road to completion.
