New things are best tackled a small step at a time. Since our customer isn’t in a hurry for this sign I am doing just that with the animal head sculptures. With Sarah mixing the epoxy I made good progress today, doing the bulk of the work on the llama and a little basic work on the alpaca. I’m sure having fun.

I’ll let it sit a day or two before I go further, taking a good look each time I pass by. Then I’ll take note of what I want to change and work on the rest. Once the sculpts are done it will be time to apply the paint and the glazes making them even more real in the process.
