It is always exciting to see the color go on our features - especially the larger pieces. This means we are in the final stages and it won't be long uptil it goes out the door. By the end of the day the log car for the train will have it's two base coats on. Once dry we can start in on the glazes and then paint the lettering. The final assembly of the railcar trucks will go by in a blink as everything is ready and waiting. Then we'll hook it up to the giant lift beam, make it fly and back the trailer underneath. After a quick sweep the steam donkey will be dragged into its place and we will begin the concrete work on it. We'll also instantly have room for the next project which we are anxious to start. All of the pieces for the truck are awaiting assembly - starting on Monday.
