Recently Phoebe informed me she wanted to start working in the shop. She turns eleven next week. Today after school she came out to the shop to help. I handed her a brush and with minimal instruction she began to lay on the texture paint onto the back drop of the trade show booth. Normally newbies take some time to adapt to our special technique but Phoebe just jumped in and went at it. She's a natural it seems. I look forward to many more happy days with her helping. Every grampa should be that lucky!
