Over the last few days I brushed four perfect coats of bright yellow paint onto the box display for the Sign Challenge piece. When they were dried I broke out the sander and proceeded to totally destroy what I had just accomplished. I scratched it, hammered it and hit it with acid to create some rust on the bare spots. I then added a dirty glaze to add some grunge. The objective was to create a table that looked like it had been in service for decades, as worn and well used as the tank it supported.
