The shop and yard are full of small bits for the targets. Unassembled they don't make much sense. We are hustling to get them ready to get galvanized. Rather than send the hired truck into the city empty we'll send a load of small bits in and bring the large piece back for finishing. Then we'll trade some more pieces in the next trips as well. In the process we'll save almost half the cost of transport to the galvanizers. It all adds up.
