Anchors away

It is so much fun to add to the story telling as we build our projects. A well told tale has lots of detail and is just at the extreme edge of believable. The pirate train for Skallywag Bay is a great example. In keeping with the spirit of the story we had to ask ourselves how a pirate would slow or stop the train. The answer of course would be to throw out the anchor. That meant we needed a brake man for the train. His name is 'Fingers' and he's a little octopus that rides precariously on the barnacle encrusted anchor, ready for the toss when needed. We are down to the details on the sculpting of the train now. Felix is doing an awesome job sculpting the front sail. It's hard to believe it isn't canvas.
