It’s been a relatively quiet day in the shop with only Matt in for the full day and me peeking in occasionally to art direct and help as needed. Our last project before Christmas is the stop light for Syl’s Mini Golf. We fabricated it from heavy duty schedule 40 pipe but still wanted it to have a cartoon feel. This meant sectioning the pipe, welding and sanding it to be nice and smooth. I bought a fully functioning, antique light assembly, decades ago and it has been on display in the studio ever since. We decided the light was the perfect scale for this project and it looks fabulous mounted to the cartoon light pole!
