There is not a single square inch of the Hazelnut Inn that is not to be lavished with creativity. Each time I take the time to really stop and look it makes me smile. Every detail is in service of the story. The legend says that the castle, like the other suites, is hundreds of years old. How do we show that? The materials we model, each texture, crack and chip is carefully thought out and then hand sculpted. Later, after the concrete is cured we will come back and skillfully apply the paint and patinas to reflect this same age and story.
