With all of the big jobs now finished it is time to start working through the smaller tasks in my effort to create a road worthy and legal hot rod. I finished fabricating the exhaust headers today. The interior pipe baffles and the heat shields by the passenger entries have yet to be installed. The tops of the headlights are now detailed and the frame horns have the crossbar welded in. I also designed and fabricated two rear view mirror stanchions as required by the BC vehicle code. The radiator and signal lights will soon arrive. Once these items are installed it will be time to wire and plumb the car. Then we will be able to fire it up at last!
