Machined to look hand made

I’ve been busy in the studio designing new projects of late. The crew is mostly out working on the Hazelnut Inn this week. But the shop is still busy, with work being accomplished. Nice work at that. While we do other things, our MultiCam CNC router is kept humming as it churns out the many sign faces for Vala’s Pumpkin Patch. We are routing the dimensional pieces using 30 lb Precision Board to ensure they last a long, long time. As soon as the routing is finished we’ll take our turn at the many projects, adding the structures, our hand sculpted portions and of course all of the assembly and painting. Before we are done the signs will look as is they were all sculpted by hand.
