We have one great guy on our team who does not have a job description. He seldom works on customer projects. When people ask what Brent does Peter and I often joke that we simply don’t know. He needs little direction or attention. He just keeps very busy. Brent’s ‘official’ job is to do whatever needs doing in the shop and around the property. We sure miss him when he is off. When he is in the shop it is a whole lot neater. Garbage cans are empty. Tools are put way. Leftover materials are sorted. The router room is cleaned. Things that need greasing get greased and proper logs are filled out to record it. Broken tools are mended. Things that leak are patched. Today, in his travels Brent found a loose piece of tin on the back building which he promptly fixed. I’m know he did a hundred other small jobs which no one else had time for as well and we are grateful too! Brent does all this and more and always with a smile. Thanks Brent!
