We have shipped our completed projects around the world over the last years. Although our features are very sturdy and tough, they can be damaged during shipment if handled poorly. They need to be supported in such a manner that they don’t flex or rub on other pieces. They also need to be easily and securely picked up and moved, without fear of damage. Our solution is to build custom, welded steel pallets which fit perfectly into the transport trucks or shipping containers. No tying down of the loads is necessary or desired as straps would damage the finishes on our pieces if they chafed or rubbed. The signs and features are all bolted into place onto these pallets which are then picked up and slid into the trucks. As we lift them the heavy duty, swivel dolly wheels drop off. We reuse these on our next projects. Once the pieces are unpacked, our customers cut up the pallets and reuse the steel on other projects.
