In our workshops we try to do far more than just show our techniques. It is one thing to know how to do something and quite another to build a successful business around it. As important as those things are it is also critical to keep a balance between work and the rest of our lives. During the workshop I present a series of talks about where we get our ideas, how we design, how to market our work, and how to arrive at a fair price. The presentation I spend the most time on is the last one where I try to sum it all up, speaking from my heart. This year’s talk is called ‘What do you want to be when you grow up?’ It is my hope to provide a little inspiration for our guests by sharing the story of our journey.
