Nailed it!

When Peter was very young he spent countless hours ‘helping’ me work. It was a wonderful opportunity to spend time together and he learned lots in the process. On the occasions he was with me and I still needed to get some real work accomplished it was time to bang some nails. I would set up a board in a safe location and start a bunch of nails for him. Peter would then happily finish pounding them in. He drove thousands of nails into scrap lumber and was proud of his accomplishment (as was I). These days it is Henry’s turn with the hammer. Today, he was intent on building a robot and the first order of business was to build the stand. It took a lot of nails but he got it done and then painted it red as well.
