Potato Patch shack

There are so many great buildings on the Vala’s Pumpkin Patch property but one of my favourites is the old Potato Patch Cookery. This little food outlet specializes in kettle cooked, rotary cut potato dishes with the most popular having a delicious goulash topping. The unique structure is built from salvaged materials and looks like it is held together with baling wire. It certainly has a lot of character! The carpenters who were assisting me to put up the new dimensional sign had to first reinforce the structure before we lifted the heavy sign into place. The sign looks fabulous in it’s permanent new home!
