We begin the vast majority of our projects with only a single concept drawing as reference. It is all we require and our customers trust us to create a result that is even better than this first image. The scale is determined by a simple silhouette of a person in the illustration. Today, I began the lighthouse for the final hole of the mini golf we currently are building for NEB’s Fun World in Oshawa, Ontario. I scaled measurements off the drawing for the cutting files and then loaded the plate steel onto the CNC plasma cutter. Shortly after I pushed the go button and began the fabrication. Sadly the power went out just as I was ready to begin the first welding. Stay tuned for more tomorrow…
