We pulled the finished staircase out of the shop this morning. It was a tough pull as we did not put a frame and wheels under this piece as we deemed it safest to put it on the truck without such a frame. There was a little screeching as the forklift struggled but it came out just the same. As the Borg says - ‘resistance is futile’. Suddenly there was a whole lot more room in the shop and we could move from one side to the other without taking a lengthy detour.
