This weekend was perfect for a drive in the Jeep - with the top off of course. I installed the half doors and unbolted the hard top. But sadly, I am still awaiting a special tool to build the new roll cage, prior to licensing the vehicle for the year. So I took a long drive on the John Deere lawn tractor and mowed the lawn instead. Happily, the new seats arrived and so I fitted them into the Jeep, before carefully measuring everything up for the new bars. I then cut out the old roll bar in preparation for the new. I did cruise u and down our long driveway and discovered the new seats are really comfy! Hopefully it won’t be long until I am cruising in style…
