With the gantry structure now largely complete it is time to begin work on the submarine that will hang from it. Before we begin the work we needed to review the ‘plans’ which consists of a single concept drawing. The beauty of working with just a concept is there can be flexibility as we build rather than being a locked design from the start. This allows us to improve the design as we build while still keeping the original idea firmly intact. This is going to be a fun and dramatic project!
