Janis & I had been married for about a year when we first travelled to Disneyland for a vacation. We had a LOT of fun and it proved to be a turning point in our lives. It was during that visit I first got the idea I could make a living creating imaginative places. It would be years before I had the skills, tools and clients to make it possible… but the inkling and desire were in place because of that first visit to this magical place. We’ve had the pleasure of visiting Disney parks around the world many times since. Each time we combine fun with my continuing education for the Disney Imagineers are the best in the world at this craft. This week, as part of our fiftieth-anniversary celebration, (next June) Janis and I are in California, enjoying the sunshine, a fun time together and topping up on inspiration.
