Since the very start of our business more than forty-five years ago we have always prioritized family. Our business was home-based from day one to help facilitate this policy. When the kids had a special event I was there to participate and celebrate - almost without fail. These days the tradition continues for our employees and of course our grandchildren. This morning was such an occasion - more important than work. Henry was graduating from preschool and it was a pretty big deal. Great fun was had by all!
