It is a challenge to take great pictures of features and signs in our shop. The lighting is far from ideal and the backgrounds are busy and often somewhat on the messy side. Even so, the signs deserve to be documented properly. The answer is to rig up some temporary lighting and take a range of pictures. I can then spend a little time on my computer to digitally remove the clutter from the backgrounds. The resulting images are well worth the effort.
