It was a busy day in the shop as we welded on the waterwheel paddles and then disassembled the two halves. We gently tipped them vertically, one at a time and did the final welds on the bottom side. Then we fabricated a stand to which we will bolt the waterwheel halves for safe and secure transport. By quitting time today the waterwheel was ready to move out of the shop. Tomorrow we’ll do a complete clean and sweep and then start on a new set of projects. Stay tuned for much more…
