Matt and his lathing crew have been very busy forming and tying on the countless sheets of galvanized diamond lath to the miles of welded pencil rod armature. On Monday, this large and complex room will be readied for the sculpting to begin. If you squint your eyes just right, we can see the rounded dirt banks, large boulders and twisted roots, which we will hand sculpt into the freshly troweled concrete.
