Just imagine the creative energy that pulses through our little shop two times each year as artistic folks from across Canada, the USA and around the world gather for three plus days off learning and fun. Creative energy sparks more energy as the teaching begins. As the students learn they also share and in turn become the teacher.

Part motivation, part instruction, with lots of encouragement thrown in, the time flew by. The classes started early each day and went long into the evening. The classroom time and demonstrations were balanced with plenty of hands-on practice too. The quality of the projects surprised some of the participants as they did things they wouldn’t have believed possible before the weekend.

Hopefully it was but one small leap in a long and productive creative journey for all who attended.
