The weather locally has been a little more unsettled than normal. While the sun does shine some, I can’t count on having a nice day. Painting outside is out of the question as sudden rain showers are common. But then again it is so lush and green we really don’t want to complain too much. Good weather is just around the corner.

We’ve been busy in the shop with a variety of projects. The doctor’s sign is coming along nicely with the base coats now all done. I’ll get into the fancy painting tomorrow. The stones should come for the bottom section in the next day or two.

Our local parade is in only two days and readying the float will take over tomorrow. The bulk of the heavy work is done so it will be fun to put on the finishing touches. Phoebe is very excited and has been practicing ringing the train bell - much to my delight.

I’ve been busy at my design desk too with all manner of cool projects on the horizon. It’s going to be a FUN summer.
