We’ve enjoyed glorious fall weather with temperatures much warmer than usual for this time of year. This has allowed us to continue working on the outside sculpted concrete much longer than we thought possible and we got a whole lot accomplished. We came within days of finishing the exterior of the castle. But the reality is that cooler temperatures and shorter days are now upon us for the balance of this year. When it is sunny during the day it is freezing at night and when it warms up things get pretty soggy. That’s what winter is for us locally. We’ll switch to inside work from here on out and pick up where we let off one the exterior in the spring. It’s been a great year for working on the Hazelnut Inn!
