Every once in a while we dream up a project that doesn’t yet have a place to go. We’ve dreamed up an abundance of wild concepts through the years and thankfully most have found good homes. One such idea that has yet to be built is what we call our ‘mechanical animal circus train’. It is actually a collection of tiny buildings that would be perfect to house small retail outlets serving all manner of delicious treats and activities. They would be placed on what appeared to be a circular track in a central plaza. This ‘railroad track’ would really be only flat bar imbedded in the concrete deck. The oversized mechanical animal steam engine and railroad cars would be built using our proprietary sculpted fiberglass-reinforced-concrete over substantial welded steel frames. They would have sturdy lifting points built into the structure to facilitate transport and installation. If larger buildings were required we would route the track to ‘park’ the cars adjacent to a building(s) that would serve as the kitchen and support space for the outlets. We’ve drawn many variations of this idea for almost any theme imaginable. We are confident the right time and location for this idea will come.
