We designed this little building about five years ago. If we ever get to do a winery this is the type of tasting dispensary I would pitch. It could be made for outside or as a centrepiece inside of a large structure. It would certainly make the experience memorable and set the winery apart from all the others. I’ll bet it would make the wine taste better too. We have lots of other ideas as well ready the opportunity knocks.
