On Friday I finished the fabrication of the armature for a large fallen tree. The feature will straddle the fence between two of the mini golf courses. Players will golf under the log on both sides of the fence. The structure is sturdy to allow it to be lifted without flexing and cracking the sculpted concrete skin during lifting and transport. Lifting and attachment points for two eye bolts are built into the structure. The piece is now ready for the galvanized lath which will begin next week. Stay tuned…
