Operations in our shop are much like an orchestra playing beautiful music. Each team member has an important role to play and needs to come in at exactly the right time. Our daily quest is to keep signs and features in all stages of construction and our talented crew working at the job they are best at. A look around our shop today aptly demonstrates that mission. Three major armatures were being fabricated by the welders. The sculpting crew worked on the concrete of two other pieces making them ready for paint next week. The painters were busy adding final paint to two signs and blend coats to two other features. Over at the Hazelnut Inn, the final preparations were being made for tomorrow’s concrete pour.
