A end-to-end cleanup of the shop has been on my to-do list for quite some time but each day the sun shines I elect instead to do some work on the Hazelnut Inn. Today is Canada Day, an official holiday, but it dawned cool and very soggy. That combined with the COVID 19 restrictions meant a day inside and on property. It was a perfect opportunity to tidy ups the shop I had been neglecting for so long. Henry of course volunteered to help. Together we put away a myriad of tools, materials and sorted stray bolts and fasteners. We filled three large refuse bins and recycled even more. As the shop became cleaner Henry decided the tractor and hot rod badly needed dusting. The shop is now all spiffy and clean and ready for the next exciting project. I’ll do my best to keep the shop clean this time. If it happens to get a little messy once more I know Henry will be more than willing to give me a hand to tidy things up once again.
