There is seldom a project we take that doesn’t involve something we haven’t done previously. The Hazelnut Inn has many such new challenges. Installing paver stones driveway is something we have no experience with. Today was the day to learn and we certainly did. The pattern appears to be random but is actually three repeating sections using three different-sized and shaped bricks. As with everything we do there is a learning curve. It was noon before the ground was ready and in four hours our hardworking crew managed about seven pallets of bricks. We have to go back and cut the bricks for the edges. It is going to be pretty cool when we are done. Stay tuned…
